Dr. Leonard is a board-certified aesthetic and cosmetic surgeon from Germany. His eye for aesthetics and distinctive approach have helped establish him as a leading expert and plastic surgeon. A licensed and globally trained plastic surgeon, Dr. Leonard completed his medical education at the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University Medical Faculty in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Early in his training, he pursued international exposure through prestigious internships at UCLA in the United States and Imperial College London in the United Kingdom—experiences that helped shape his disciplined, detail-driven approach to surgery.
Among his academic achievements, Dr. Leonard holds a special distinction for his award-winning publication on the recurrence of Mammary Paget’s disease 25 years after MAK reconstruction using nipple sharing. The work was published in the journal of the German Society for Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery (DGPRÄC) in Berlin, and remains one of the milestones he values most in his professional journey.
Dr. Leonard began his clinical career at Frankfurt University Hospital, where—while still a medical student—he worked as a medical assistant in the operating theatre within the heart and thoracic surgery division. He later joined Markus Hospital as a resident in thoracic, general, and visceral surgery before transitioning to the Department of Plastic, Aesthetic, Reconstructive, and Hand Surgery. There, he completed his specialist training and earned the title of Specialist in Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery.
He is a certified member of the German Board of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery and subsequently served as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Rosenpark Klinik in Germany, with a focus on breast surgery, liposuction, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation. Renowned internationally for its expertise in liposuction, the clinic benefited from Dr. Leonard’s meticulous technique and structured surgical planning, further strengthening its reputation for refined outcomes.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Leonard has been appointed as an international trainer for Allergan in London and has lectured globally as a speaker for the Allergan Medical Institute, including engagements in Frankfurt. He is particularly experienced in mommy makeover procedures, where abdominal and breast surgery are carefully combined to restore proportion and contour following pregnancy.
In addition to body surgery, Dr. Leonard performs upper and lower brachioplasty (arm lifts), eyelid surgery, and ear correction procedures. This technique is suitable for patients with mild dorsal humps, shallow glabellar angles, or insufficient nasal tip projection and is valued for its precision, minimal downtime, and reduced risk profile compared to surgical rhinoplasty.
